### Google Fit

1. Ensure that your smartwatch is compatible with Google Fit. Google Fit supports a variety of smartwatches, but not all models may be compatible.
2. Download and install the Google Fit app on your smartphone. The app is available for both Android and iOS devices.
3. Open the Google Fit app and create an account, or sign in with your existing Google account.
4. Connect your smartwatch to your smartphone via Bluetooth or Wi-Fi. Follow the manufacturer's instructions for pairing the devices.
5. Open the Google Fit app on your smartphone and go to the Settings menu. From there, select "Add a device."
6. Choose your smartwatch from the list of available devices.
7. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the setup process. You may be asked to grant permission to Google Fit to access data from your smartwatch.
8. Once your smartwatch is connected to Google Fit, it should start tracking your activity automatically. You can view your progress in the Google Fit app, and it will also be synced with other fitness apps and services that you use.

### Apple Health

1. First, make sure that your smartwatch is compatible with Apple Health. Most smartwatches should be compatible, but double-check the manufacturer's website or manual to confirm.
2. On your iPhone, open the Health app. If you haven't already, create an account and set up any preferences.
3. In the Health app, tap on your profile icon in the top right corner.
4. Tap on "Devices."
5. Tap on "Add Device."
6. Follow the instructions provided by your smartwatch manufacturer to pair your watch with your iPhone via Bluetooth. This process will vary depending on your specific smartwatch.
7. Once your watch is paired with your iPhone, it should appear in the list of available devices in the Health app. Tap on your smartwatch to add it to Apple Health.
8. You may need to grant the Health app permission to access data from your smartwatch. Follow the prompts to allow access.
9. Once your smartwatch is connected to Apple Health, you should see data from your watch in the Health app. This may include data on your physical activity, heart rate, and other health metrics.

If you encounter any issues during this process, consult your smartwatch manufacturer's website or [**create a Ticket**](https://discord.com/channels/974640653185187921/997819929833263164)**,** MOOW Team will try to Help you!

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://moow.gitbook.io/moow-whitepaper/infrastructure/heart-rate-connection.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
