Welcome to MOOW! By accessing or using our applications, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:
Ownership of NFTs: Any NFTs that you obtain through MOOW are owned by you and stored in your digital wallet. We do not own any NFTs and are not responsible for any transactions that occur outside of MOOW.
Use of Cryptocurrency: MOOW uses cryptocurrency as the primary means of exchange. You are solely responsible for any cryptocurrency you use in MOOW and should only use cryptocurrency that you lawfully own.
Prohibited Activities: You agree not to use MOOW for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to money laundering or terrorist financing. You also agree not to engage in any activity that may harm or disrupt MOOW, such as hacking or exploiting MOOW bugs.
Risks: You acknowledge and agree that the use of cryptocurrency and NFTs carries inherent risks, including but not limited to market volatility, technological risks, and regulatory risks. You assume all such risks associated with the use of cryptocurrency and NFTs in MOOW.
Termination: We reserve the right to terminate your access to MOOW at any time, without notice, for any reason. You may also terminate your access to MOOW at any time by uninstalling the applications and deleting your account by request.
Intellectual Property: MOOW and all content, including but not limited to graphics, text, and code, are the property of our company and are protected by intellectual property laws. You agree not to reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without our prior written consent.
Disclaimer of Warranties: MOOW is provided "as is" and without warranty of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that MOOW will meet your requirements or that it will be error-free or uninterrupted.
Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any damages arising out of or in connection with the use of MOOW, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Governing Law: These Terms of Use and any disputes arising out of or in connection with MOOW will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which our company is located.
Changes to Terms: We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time, without notice. Your continued use of MOOW after any such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms of Use.
