Fitbit + iPhone

First, make sure that your Fitbit device is fully charged and turned on.

  1. Open the Fitbit app on your iPhone.

  2. Tap on your profile picture in the top left corner of the screen.

  3. Scroll down and select the option “Settings”.

  4. Under “Settings,” select the option “Apps & Devices”.

  5. Tap on “Health & Fitness Apps”.

  6. Select “Apple Health”.

  7. Tap on the “Turn All Categories On” button to allow Fitbit to send data to Apple Health.

  8. Follow the prompts to allow Fitbit to access your data in Apple Health.

  9. Once you’ve connected Fitbit to Apple Health, you can choose which data you want to share between the two apps.

  10. To do this, go to the “Sources” tab in Apple Health.

  11. Find Fitbit in the list of sources and tap on it.

  12. Toggle the switches next to the data types you want to share between the two apps.

  13. Once you’ve selected the data types you want to share, tap “Done” to save your settings.

That’s it! Your Fitbit device is now connected to Apple Health, and your data will be automatically synced between the two apps.

In some Fitbit app versions, you won’t be able to connect to Apple Health directly. In this case, you would need to use a 3rd party

How to Sync Fitbit to Apple Health on Your iPhone

  1. From the App Store, download the Sync Solver for Fitbit app.

  2. A message will pop up; tap Continue.

  3. Log into your account.

  4. Your iPhone will want to open Sync Solver; tap Open.

  5. Your Fitbit info will then sync with Sync Solver.

  6. Any time you want to update your Health app information with your Fitbit's data, return to Sync Solver and tap Sync Now.

  7. Sync your Fitbit with the Sync Solver app.

Can you sync Fitbit Charge 3 to iPhone? Yes! These steps should work for any model of Fitbit and several others.

Pro Tip: Syncing your Fitbit and Apple Health is not the same as learning how to pair your Fitbit with your phone. This is done using the Fitbit app by tapping Set Up a Device from the account page.

Fitbit and Apple Health can work together, but they need some help from a third-party app. Until Fitbit is ready to approve direct syncing with Apple Health, third-party apps need to be used to sync the Fitbit app with the Apple Health app. Our favorite app is ($4.99). To connect Fitbit to Apple Health:

Open the Sync Solver app and tap Sync Now.

Your Health app will open; tap Turn All Categories On.

Next, the app will redirect you to .

Sync Solver will ask permission for info from Fitbit; tap Allow.
