Google Fit and Apple Health common instructions
To start using MOOW, you need to grant access to your Health Data and Heart Rate. Please, provide all the necessary permissions!
Android: MOOW App will ask you to connect to Google Fit.
iOS: MOOW App will ask you to connect to Apple Health.
Thus, your Heart Tracking Device / Smart Watch needs to be connected to Apple Health or Google Fit!

Google Fit
Ensure that your smartwatch is compatible with Google Fit. Google Fit supports a variety of smartwatches, but not all models may be compatible.
Download and install the Google Fit app on your smartphone. The app is available for both Android and iOS devices.
Open the Google Fit app and create an account, or sign in with your existing Google account.
Connect your smartwatch to your smartphone via Bluetooth or Wi-Fi. Follow the manufacturer's instructions for pairing the devices.
Open the Google Fit app on your smartphone and go to the Settings menu. From there, select "Add a device."
Choose your smartwatch from the list of available devices.
Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the setup process. You may be asked to grant permission to Google Fit to access data from your smartwatch.
Once your smartwatch is connected to Google Fit, it should start tracking your activity automatically. You can view your progress in the Google Fit app, and it will also be synced with other fitness apps and services that you use.
Apple Health
First, make sure that your smartwatch is compatible with Apple Health. Most smartwatches should be compatible, but double-check the manufacturer's website or manual to confirm.
On your iPhone, open the Health app. If you haven't already, create an account and set up any preferences.
In the Health app, tap on your profile icon in the top right corner.
Tap on "Devices."
Tap on "Add Device."
Follow the instructions provided by your smartwatch manufacturer to pair your watch with your iPhone via Bluetooth. This process will vary depending on your specific smartwatch.
Once your watch is paired with your iPhone, it should appear in the list of available devices in the Health app. Tap on your smartwatch to add it to Apple Health.
You may need to grant the Health app permission to access data from your smartwatch. Follow the prompts to allow access.
Once your smartwatch is connected to Apple Health, you should see data from your watch in the Health app. This may include data on your physical activity, heart rate, and other health metrics.
